Greed Will Make Peace Nil
Money has become the only matter
And almost all are crazy after that
By hook or crook all earn money
Wisdom and peace are uncared
Maximum profits all love to mint
Noble morals are viewed as silly
He who follows truth is ignored
Craze for money is now a mania
Jewels and cash are sought after
Cheating and murders are severe
Newspapers report deadly news
That spins the mind of a layman
Earth is dug to enjoy her treasures
Giving to mother earth headaches
Tsunami and severe earth quakes
Are the result of man's great greed
Multinational companies sanction
Enormous money to their workers
They pay even the highest cost
For things that are normally cheap
Land prices shoot up terribly
Still people greedily acquire
All are undeclared terrorists
As they like devil fill coffers
On the roads happen severe traffic
All are in a hurry to do a selfish act
Even a red signal is an hindrance
Cells are held all the times in ears
Empty talks are exchanged daily
Non-stop during twenty four hours
All shops are thronged for luxury
Poor people are tempted to cheat
Earning money is today's fashion
Golden moments are gone forever
Personal touch is losing its beauty
Modernization has got the grip
Politicians loot and talk rubbish
People put votes like those goats
Lofty ideals have no place here
Happenings indicate earth is hell.
