Great Escape

Great, legendary Harry Houdini

Ruled the roost during his hey day. 

Enthralling the world with magic tricks

And death-defying stunts. He loomed large.

The greatest magician of all time, most say.
 
Escape-artist he certainly was!

Shackled in chains, or tied up with ropes

Cap-a-pie, and submerged under water, in...

A desperate race against time, he expeditiously

Plans his suspenseful great escape before an 

Entertained, captivated audience. He was one of a kind!
