Great Darkness
The greatest darkness is inside
the void that can never be found
but felt by all
the lamp-post, the ray of golden
sunlight
never seems to penetrate it
with its golden embrace
we all must deal with it
play to the best of our ability
each of us playing our unique
instrument as those lucky enough
dance to the tune as think
spirits and heads reach towards
the moon, the dark side
on the other side for some
as the man laughs with his
full plate
darkness falls over some
the void filled at last
