Gravitation , Situation
" what goes up , must come down "
the basic premise of law pertaining to gravity ,
but , when you understand the nature of opposite's
wouldn't it stand to reason ,
what fall's down , must rise back up....
nature gives us a clear example of this
with it's mode of operation explaining
evaporation and precipitation.........
