Grandpa Despised Stuck Up People Too Ct

I smiled when she said that he died. She was a mean woman, no soul. Refused to show inside I cried. So being stoic was my goal. She told some other people too. Confidential? She had no clue. I knew my grandfather loved me. Imagined now that he could see. I saw him in heaven laughing. He despised pompous people too. Grandma with him I imagined. Bad-news-bearer had lost power. Grandpa said to me that night too Grandma and I are proud of you. Written 9-9-2020 Contest: Charonnet Contest: Charles Messina

Caren, this is really put a smile on my face. Unfortunately the format was off or this would have placed higher. Thanks for entering my contest and congratulations on your placement. Hugs...Charlie
