Grandma Wings By Lawrence M Nunez Dear Lord I pray, That you give my grandma wings Like the Angels in my dreams That from heaven flies To stand watch at night Over me as I sleep That she too my angel may be Tonight and forever Let them be pretty O lord as the lilies of the fields, white as the morning clouds, Light as the feather of a dove. like the glistening snow and shimmering sea her wings will glow, as she stand watch night and day, every day guarding me as I sleep and play.
