Gracious Blooms
a vase is a pocket for cut flowers
flowerless, it's just a void
forgotten in shadow
a whiff of lilac
reminding me of my youth
a gift from nature
grandma's cherished vase holding
violet blooms blissfully
gracious blooms of hope
can fill a void
upon strong faith
