Graceful, Graceful

When the clock of civilization had Lost its sense of time, To my friends I offered warmth, Blessed forgiveness to my enemies, A courageous heart I borrowed From a streak of light to uphold the Cause of justice, my youthful dawn was Then bloomed from the slumber, I found myself flanked by corruptions, endless greed, I was afraid, my kindled torch could loose shining and dissolve in the darkness as I wallowed in the darkness for many days, for many nights, I had not yet finished my job, many hungry to be fed, many thirsty needed pure water, my inner-self still craved for more, deeper, longing-- could the thirst of the thirsty be filled? O the reticent world, The glow you showed me on the horizon, In profound admiration I had spoken out— ‘What a graceful! graceful!’ I had still hope, I felt the future behind a delicate veil, The whole universe woke up With me to echo my solemn archaic words— graceful!’ ‘graceful!’
