Oh, this is a very thought-provoking cinquain dear Hilda, you've so rightly said how it's the people who suffer the consequences, political turbulences and complexities lead to the hardships of ordinary people.. This really conveys so much in many ways.. Sending you many best wishes and light too ~

Thank you. Money concerns hit all of us. The small perks of a little loose change have now disappeared.

Its going to be more fun next year.. Its called Bidenomics. America took in 9.6 million borderinos last year. Now we are asked to house them? The media mainly tells us that we never hadit so good. Thay is what Hiler had his press do. Good one, Hilda.))) Pangie xx

Thanks for reading my poem. Taking in people with no contract means you will never get rid of them. Also, no good deed goes unpunished. No doubt, a poor migrant is going to resent you.. they should have brought money

I'm glad it made you laugh. I got to the last line and could only use 2 syllables. Voila! A comedy is created.

Goods are ever becoming expensive. Hope we will not have to resort to soup kitchens.

I never understand why people who live by the ocean, don't get cheap fish, but it seems that isn't always true. Everyone is paying more. Best to you.

Maybe it's the WHO. Aren't they the ones that want us to eat bugs?. This is funnier than I intended, but I'm glad you likes it.

So true. The packaging becomes smaller and smaller. Perhaps one day a bag will contain a single chip…maybe if they are generous a bit of dip.

I've noticed the smaller packages. The price of eating out has gone up, too. Thanks for reading my Cinquain.

Sadly, Hilda, that is correct. Independence from the government and tax is fundamental.
