Goodbye

Why do you make my heart skip when I think of you,
I shouldn't feel like this but I do
I cant stop thinking about the last time we were together
huddled under a blanket on the sofa, trying to escape the cold weather
If you remember talking about our pasts and the way we felt at that moment.
I didn't want that day to end, I just wanted more time with you to spend.
I still remember holding your hands and your sweet fragrance under the tree,
when you called my name with a smile, that's when my heart got free
I know, I have teased you a lot and made you cry,
so I bid my last goodbye
I hope to see you in my next life
So it can be me and you
till the day I die.
