Good Morning After Yellow Event
Gmorning...
That's the trouble when one sleeps too early...
One ends up awaking next morning much too early...
Bet most of the others on the senior side experience this...
One will be laying awake early dawn after a good night's sleep...
It must be a body physiological thing, regulating the restful sleep one needs..
As one ages, one's body is optimised to the amount of sleep one will need...
Mine is like I'm on a 6hours sleeping schedule...
How else to explain the need to awake after 6 hours..
It matters not the exact time in the night when I retire to bed..
6 hours later just like clockwork I'll be wide awake there in bed...
Last night or rather yesterday was one long tiring day...
Retired early at 11am and true to form, wide awake at 4am...
Upon checking up on the hphone messages..
Hey, it is obvious from the scant messages...
Looks like everybody has a day off last night...
Judging by the lukewarm exchanges in sight...
Could have assumed in the aftermath of Bersih 5 in the country...
This group of senior gossipers would be much more chatty...
In a way, this lack of political views is a very positive thing...
For it means there is less divisive chatter to our virtual gathering...
Hope this early morning chatter is not too boring...
It is a kind of early morning respite ahead of another long day...
Gmorning and have a great morning and a fabulous day...
Let's make a conscious effort to have a great day today, in our own respective ways!!!!
