Notes About The Poem

Good Friday-

it's somewhere around 33 AD There he hangs on a tree Ridiculed and condemned Hung they took his life and when the spirit fled and his last breath So it's Good Friday What's so good about this Friday for day I killed my savior he died Yes, it's Good Friday Time for my Lord Jesus to fly Near 3:00 PM in the afternoon bright daylight stops as the Moon walks across the skies covering the Sun It's darker than midnight For the moment minutes passing It's darker than black sunlight shines but you can't see behind the Moon And those minutes the moment of Jesus passing
