Good Eatin'

Best low country boil ever,
Mama's noodle soup.
One big, old, fat, laying hen,
Mom's home-made noodles
rolled thin, hung to dry,
dropped in broth.
Ymmm!

GREAT Joyce... sounds like something my Mom would have luved to make but we never knew it was called low country boil .. good luck in the contest my friend... Ymmmm!
