GOOD  FOOD 

         Food to               Egg as              Pure milk              Water 
          nourish.            omlette.              to drink,               daily 
        Good to               Fish as.                    Baby              take two               
        relish.                   cutlet.                   to suck.              litres.

   On bread.                  Chicken             Light snacks          Balanced                       
    brown-white              mutton                   at eve.                   diet      
     to spread.                roast - baked.          Not more,           Fruit juice
     jam, cheese.             boiled.                     but less.             each day:  
       jelly,                      Fish fry ,                   sugar !              Perfect              
       Oat at.                  nun - bun.                 Better                choice     
     breakfast                 at brunch                raw fruits            Select            
                                       lunch or                Sucrose.            good food
                                       dinner.                 Right dose.         to  stay
                                        early                                             healthy.
                                       not later      
                                       at night.
