God's Triumph Seen
Can others see God’s triumph* in my spirituality?
That’s my testimony’s light against worldliness’ obscurity…
Am I consistent with my talk and walk’s sincerity???
Forgive me, Lord, for being an offense because of my carnality.
Can others see God’s triumph in my posture?
That’s my conviction along biblical standards’ venture...
Am I wise in my gesture toward temporal pasture???
Enable me, Lord, to please You in my faith’s gesture.
Can others see God’s triumph in my attire?
That’s my decency more than what my clothes require…
Am I righteous as a heavenly citizen in my deeds that inspire???
Keep me modest and holy, Lord, midst modernism’s mire.
Can others see God’s triumph in my earnest dealings?
That’s my attitude in any of my relationship’s sailings…
Am I kind, gracious and discreet in my minglings???
Pardon me, Lord, when I become a hypocrite in my feelings.
Can others see God’s triumph in my commitment?
That’s my dedication in my service-fulfillment…
Am I diligent toward a noble accomplishment???
Help me, Lord, to be faithful in my stewardship involvement.
Can others see God’s triumph in my fight against temptation?
That’s my power to smite lust, and flee from worldly attraction…
Am I submissive to the Holy Ghost and to His instruction???
Guard me, Lord, by Your divine armor along my supplication.
Can others see God’s triumph in my worship?
That’s my obedience to His will and workmanship…
Am I devoted to Him marked by my sweet fellowship???
Bless me, Lord, as I abide in You, esteeming Your leadership.
*Psalm 106:47 Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from among the heathen, to give thanks unto thy holy name, and to triumph in thy praise.
