God's Protection Truth Is Prevailed
As Sweet talking man
Entered within my life
Said all the right things
Even mentioned
He wanted me as his wife
He said... he wanted me
Like no other...
Take my hand...
Hold me close
Never let me go...
As he sent me songs
Sweetness touched my heart
As he sang unto me
"I gave her a Rose"
Then he said... plz...
May I take you out?
I promise to you...
For I know what I want
Plz... Would you go out with me?
I was a bit hesitate
But I said... Sir... I hardly know you
He then began again
He said... what better way
Please would you go out on a date?
We can than get to know each other
It will be grand... Treat you special
A way... you ought to be... treated
As a man treats whom he loves
Tis man ever so sweet
Constantly talking to me...
Saying all the right things
Heartwarming and True???
Could this man be...?
As he took my hand
Again said... plz...
I than said... yes...
And smiled...
Tis be... he was excited
I was very nervous
He said... alright than
I will be by to pick you up at six
I said... alright...
For twas to be
Our first date...
As I waited...
I was praying unto my Lord
I said... Lord... if this man
Is not right... Plz... Keep him away
From me tonight
But if his heart tis be True
Than allow things to be...
As you plan them to be
As I got dressed
And ready to go
Then time came
Twas six o-clock
Six thirty... seven
Never heard from him
I thought ow... Lord
Maybe he is hurt?
Or got in a wreck...
So I called him up
As his voice answered
Then said... hello...
I said... hey I was worried
Are you alright?
I thought... we had our date tonight?
Going out to that special place
He then said... he was already there
With whom he wanted to be with
I said... oh... I see...
Plz.. Forgive...
For I thought as you said...
Was me.......
He then said... oh... ya... baby
It is... you... can I call you afterwards
Would this be alright?
As tears started to come... I paused...
As I hung up the phone
I said Oh... Lord...
Why did this happen
I thought he was... true
As tears came from within
Than God revealed unto me
For this man... was not
Whom he said he would be
Praise's be to God Almighty
For protecting me... again
Even when I not know
God knows True intents of hearts
Thank you... My Lord...
For I see...
As Truth prevailed...
Come to Jesus
God protection is given
Even when you not see
Truth is prevailed...
There is a Reason for all things to be
God's Protection is given..
when you not see..
