Goddess Or Not
Sun, why have many called you the god of life?
I wonder this as you've been worshipped with power when you're just a simple star,
If water has a god, and wind, then can science be a god?
A god to understand all the other many gods, to know why the sun shines, water flows, and air gives air to breathe and be overjoyed with life,
We can't touch it, but we feel it, we're not blind to it we can see it,
Sun if you don't have an answer that'll be fine,
Here on earth we walk around with only one god in mind, we don't look past the atmosphere for other factors that may give us life,
Heavens, are you dark? Or are you full of angels or is it all story to cover up a lie,
Thank you cosmos for giving me the particles to be created and question everything,
Are you a god too?
If you're not, I must assume you're a piece of the puzzle or perhaps a clue,
Life is in fact the right equation, air, water, light and food we are mother nature's cute creation,
Is she a goddess? Perhaps she is, or indeed she's not, but I love the mysteries that come to life for science, the one that seeks the truth even though she's not a god.
