God Will Always Be There

We were friends in the beginning Until we couldn't quit starring Then there was the love making which was breath taking Not to mention your smile it was so stunning Couldn't stop feeling that this was a blessing It led to our souls touching And I was ecstatic the day of our wedding
Now there's nothing An enemy no longer worth battling Thanks to all your mistreating My heart left alone bleeding But I'm done with all the lying No reason to keep trying All finished crying Even though I feel like I'm dying
All along God keeps calling His trumpets so calming He will walk by my side through my time of mourning With an embrace so warming Just Gods way of reassuring his love will never be corrupting

I've been there, Jeremy. If that's where you are, you've expressed it beautifully in poetry.
