God Knows
My laughs may say that I ain't got worries
And my every smile welcomes people my way,
But behind a laughter are thousands of untold stories.
Behind a smile are many words I wanna say.
One might call me numb, but just doesn't see my aching heart,
But others find me generous, trustworthy and even kind.
Stupid fools judge me and that's the most unfair in my part,
Nonetheless, I'm happy for good people are not nowhere to find.
Others make me feel I am wicked, I am worthless,
But that's alright, I don't feel so much bad,
Because I am strong, I am brave, I am dauntless
For I know I am worthy, that's what God said.
Maybe no one will ever know the concealed goodness in me.
Oh, how I wish I will be able to express my true self wholly.
Anyhow, somehow, I'm glad because someone up there knows how it's gonna be
And He'll set things for me surely and perfectly.
