Notes About The Poem

God is in the business of saving people's souls but, He also wants
for His people to love Him so much that they give their entire life
over to Him.  When I first came to the Lord in 1975, I told Him, 
"Lord, I want everything that You have for me", and, I have never
moved off of that, He saved me and saved my life many times
over.  Praise God!

God Is Looking For a Special Kind of People

God’s Looking For A Special Kind Of People

God is looking for a special kind of people
one to the world His message they will take,
those who are completely surrendered and sold out to Him forever
all for His precious Gospel’s sake.

He is looking for an “All for Thee” group of special children
who is of the “My life is not my own variety”, 
one to whom their desires are “No longer matter to me”, my Father
and love Him with their heart continually.

I must fit into this category, Father
for I search for You constantly day and night, 
no other person or thing of this world satisfies, Master
for I love You from the bottom of my heart.

And one day I will see You my precious Father and Lord Jesus
then, I’ll never have to thirst for You anymore,
for I’ll live by Your side my Savior
when I meet You up on that beautiful shore.

But, now I’ve got to be content in just seeking
and You said when I do, You I will find,
singing praises to You, Master, Hallelujah
for I love You, Jesus, with my whole body soul and mind.
