God Is Great
Our God is a great God
in all His marvellous person
He's always eternally existent
originator of man's conversion
This God never has begun
shall be always in control
holding all things together
reaching out to man's soul
God always demands the glory
for only to Him it is always due
as His works display His power
in creation scripture declares true
His attributes list so very many
no human words are adequate
to tell of this God of all perfect love
for all things did this God create
Glory indeed is to be God's alone
bless Him who's truly holy and pure
forgiven and redeemed from our sins
given us the power to eternally endure
