God Grants Me His Wisdom

God grants me His wisdom, without defilement But so pure along sanctification’s fulfillment Truly teaching me about His cleansing from sinfulness-detriment Completely saving me from hell’s punishment… …For my redeemed soul’s eternal settlement! God grants me His wisdom, without turmoil But so peaceable along spirituality’s oil Truly guiding me toward restoration from weariness-spoil Constantly refreshing me from labor’s coil… …For my surrendered servanthood’s joyful toil! God grants me His wisdom, without rudeness But so gentle along charity’s kindness Truly instilling in me His forgiveness from iniquity-wickedness Cheerfully unloading me from hatred’s heaviness… …For my sincere testimony’s vibrant brightness! God grants me His wisdom, without terror But so merciful along patience’s ardor Truly instructing me with His principles from shame-dishonor Carefully upholding me from fears’ horror… …For my earnest prayerfulness’ dedicated fervor! God grants me His wisdom, without damage But so good along fruitfulness’ package Truly imparting to me His grace from vanity-damage Compassionately blessing me from curses’ disadvantage… …For my faithful stewardship’s mighty courage! God grants me His wisdom, without partiality But so fair along judgment’s authority That has illumined me thru His holiness from justice-infirmity Circumspectly leading me from unrighteousness’ falsity… …For my favored choices’ heavenly priority! God grants me His wisdom, without hypocrisy But so honest along truth’s supremacy Truly enlightening me His Scriptures from ignorance-secrecy Clearly transforming me from imperfection’s deficiency… …For my Christian walk’s virtuous persistency!
