Goblins' Dance

Solid cover of morn's damp dew
Looks frosty 'pon mown grass
Jets have traversed the eastern sky
Leaving white streaks where passed

The rising sun has cast some pink
There's sand 'pon the low clouds
A mysterious fog hides the hills
Where goblins gather in crowds

They roast marshmallows in the night
Play, sing, and dance with glee
Dare the owls to sing who, who, who
At the rising sun flee

very nicely written with imaginative thoughts in lines, and Thank You for visiting my words, I wish I had more time to be around, though work and life keeps me unreasonably busy, which is good and bad. Cecil

Wow, this is a very awesome write my friend! If this is for my contest, sorry about that, I read this poem, and I really enjoyed reading it too! I believe you meant goblins to be something else than the actual meaning of goblins, like children maybe :)! I really enjoyed reading this enlightening poem this morning! What a beautiful piece, Great Work!!
