Go With Good Wishes

Know this please, with words I write
I am ever saddened, you will leave
For many years, we’ve gotten close
With you not here, yes, I will grieve

I’ve gotten use to your many ways
The way you laugh, your humor shared
Know this friend, take it along
Wherever you go, I will still care

It’s not that you’ll be gone from heart
No, never, but you’ll be gone from sight
I wish you, sincerely, the very best
And hope for you, what’s always right

May your life be just yours alone
And may your life be filled with zest
Again, my friend, know this right now
I’m wishing you the very best

It is always hard to say goodbye, especially to a really good friend. Nice flow and rhyming. BRAVO my friend! Best wishes, Keith
