''Go and Spread Love In the World''

God,
called for his very prettiest Angel
          to come,
and told her that she was going down below
                   to spread love,
             giving her spiritual powers,
        to cast a love spell
             on the people of Earth
because he said love was lacking,
too many held hate and jealousy within their hearts
                          too many were lost . . .

So, off she went to spread love on Earth below
         with a message "Go and spread love . . . "

                   . . . she found the grieving
and whispered to them that their departed dwelled above,
to the dying she showed herself,
and carried them beyond the clouds,
she found the homeless and lonely and bathed them in love
on the sick- she cast a gossamer veil- of love
and on those seeking safe sanctuary-
                    she gave them hope . . .

. . . she told each soul she touched
go and spread love on Earth- till God calls you home,
and not just today but everyday of your life.

Such angels are in short supply. I guess we'll just have to learn by example and emulate. Bless you for your kind invocations.
