Gnat Bites

Gnawing gnat breaks through skin
Needle nose - spike now in
Agile, light, felt no pain
Taken blood, their feeding aim

Bites now swell and
Itch like hell
Tiny vampire
Eaten well.
Scratching, itching - skin unwell.
