Glowing In the Shadows

The city seems so unreal at night Shadows painted on so many faces Streetlights light up the roads of the asphalt homeland a young man and woman embrace protecting each other against darkness As the city dwellers grow weary lights go dim In their homes and apartments the night people wait for dawn which signals the end of their nocturnal escapades
