**The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart.** "Helen Keller"
How cheerful to say that delight fills the air, Most magic spells ruled this elated day. When all our family and friends are there, So, we relish the words, how cheerful to say. What a lovely day the kid's faces look, When they are in a group, they grin and play. It makes us beatific to yield hugs and took, Oh, festive day! What a lovely day. Our souls rise the same as a delicate butterfly, The sacred realm of the celestial wise. Filled with the aroma of a devout sigh, We are graced with joy, and our souls rise. Stars flow down when we all pray, God’s grace will bathe us in a stellar glow. The glory of God will spur the dusk away, This steers us to redemption as stars flow. Candles are lit and prayers we all make, close to a table of candy canes, kids are excited. They invited all to savor a piece of cocoa cake, we uttered worship as the candles were lit. A sparkly snowman stares with a grin on his face, wrapped in serenity, do what no one else can. It makes me glad to grasp this lovely place, below a pine sits the chief, a sparkly snowman. Bestow a fair share of love and affection, sate the world with optimism, but be aware. Accord feeble hearts their potent motivation, to assist them live free of fear. Bestow a fair share. 1st Place Contest Winner Written: November 24, 2022 Writing Challenge - Write A Christmas Poem - Poetry Contest Constance La France
