Giving some of yourselves for the right cause, will be immeasurably meaningful to your spirits longing to be helpful... There's a great consolation in knowing that every little joy you bring...means a lot to somebody; there are many tasks that you can undertake, however difficult they may be for you; don't watch and wait for a disaster to happen to come to their aid... prevent it by paying it more attention... Giving some of yourselves for alleviating someone's pain is a small contribution out of the goodness of your generous hearts: that grieve when tragedy strikes, but rejoice when souls are spared; there's so much you can do to help....
