Listen to poem:

Given the Choice I Would

Given the choice I would
Move on beyond the past.
I know in truth I should
Escape these rutted paths.

Move on beyond the past.
Please, for goodness sake
Escape these rutted paths.
Friend, learn from my mistake.

Please, for goodness sake
Forgive and then forget.
Friend, learn from my mistake.
Live a life without regret.

Forgive and then forget;
I know, in truth I should
Live a life without regret.
Given the choice – I would.

Great pantoum! So many people don't seem to learn; good advice for them.
