Give the Government Back To the People

We went all our children
To be in land of the free
We want all our children
To be, to be
Live in a land of liberty
By our consitution written by men
For all men
And when you're done all your miss treating
Denials and abusive beatings
Give the Government back to the People
but then in nineteen seventy's
Dishonesty with the presidency
Watergate
Mrs. Patrica Hearse, kidnappings
Zebra killings, brother, brother, brothers murders
Stop all the killings, those zebra killings
Black racism, Ku Klux Klan is not what we the people understand
OH, how we are hated abused, misused talking about separating
Laws are gathered together
But there's not for all flocks or all feathers
Hey! weatherman what's ya think about the weather
And when you're done all your miss treating
Denials and abusive beatings
Give the Government back to the People
Wanna make some news
Start a fire, a riot, or shoot someone
For the pleas of Nixon
Mama's still in the kitchen
Making homemade apple pie
My reality is still sly
And what of his men
So many of his men were involved in a cover up
While at the summer picnic Bobby say's "pass the ketchup"
And when you're done all your miss treating
Denials and abusive beatings
Give the Government back to the People
How do we protest most of them arrested
Right on, right on
Ain't gonna twist my arm
To the man whose head is in the sky
My brother ain't no galaxies he can't divide
I am not the sun or the moon
I am not the morning dew
I am not the air the water your mother's daughter
And when you're done all your miss treating
Denials and abusive beatings
Give the Government back to the People
The atmosphere contains within it's self so much pressure
I'm a black one, black man whose skin color makes me no lesser
All men, all creeds, all nationality
Who sits within the marble walls of Washington
Oh, Mr. President give us the government congress, senate
Can't you see, that you really, no really you work for me
Take a look at me, tell me what do you see
And when you're done all your miss treating
Denials and abusive beatings
Give the Government back to the People
Stop this one man rule before it
s to late don't be the fool
So once more America will never loss faith, never more disbelieve you
Right On, right on whose gonna stop you
America give the pride and dignity most men live on
Forever we give love people don't be cruel the man in the office represents you
For the pleas of Nixon
Mama's still in the kitchen
Making homemade apple pie
My reality is still sly
And what of his men
To the man whose head in the sky
My sister, my mother, my brother, my father
Don't be surprised
On any level of thinking wrong or right
Post positive negative relatively or not
Take a look at me, tell me what do you see
And when you're done all your miss treating
Denials and abusive beatings
Give the Government back to the People
