Give Me Wings
will you give me magic?
show me your true intentions
will you fight for me?
save me be my hero gently teach me
will you dance with me?
under the stars moon shining in your hair
making me feel shy and beautiful under your loving stare
will you love me?
our hearts becoming one
loving me for who I am nurturing who I can be
will you give me wings?
help me to soar
aspire for something more
setting me free to ride the breeze
will you give me faith?
help me to believe in love again
opening like a flower in bloom
showing me my heart has more than one room......mjr 2009
