Give Me a Smile (Part 2)

A smile goes a long way For the one who’s receiving It’s a message-filled expression That makes me keep believing A smile from a familiar face Is always something good Depending on the way you smile The message can be understood A smile can show you sympathize That if you could, you’d be my friend A smile can mean you’re missing me And that you’ll love me till the end A smile can mean you’re glad I’m there It can say, “Just keep on going” A smile can be a reassurance That my efforts, you see, are showing And when I want to give up Cuz the world has beat me down The last thing I need Is to see you all frown You can make a difference You can make it all worthwhile With just a simple expression So now, will you give me a smile?
