Give Me a Reason
True I am not that pretty,
Or close to be called a beauty,
But you loved me sincerely,
And told me you wanna stay.
I was happy,
I never needed a reason why.
True I am not perfect,
Neither are you at least,
But me and you together,
We completed each other.
We never competed,
Another reason I never asked.
So now what has changed,
We don't laugh the way we did,
Now you call me by my first name,
Neither do you look at me the same.
You can leave,
But first reasons you must give.
