Do you think it works? You seem to be doing very well, so your opinion would be valued. I think that writing poetry and thinking about things helps us all. Even reading poetry is soothing. Thank-you again for being here.

Cool little poem. I recall my natural type doctor "body tested" me for this one and said I did not need it. But that was years ago. Maybe I do NOW. haha
