Gingerbread

Some say you’re sweet, you burn my tongue Cut trim and neat, the color of dung None can say your outfit is nice Glazed white candy fake sugar dollop eyes With vengeance, first I will chomp your head My way to stop you staring back Then once I’m satisfied your dead I polish off your person What kind of cannibal would bake A man to gobble for children sake It seems to be a big mistake To let you have my plate Fred Jagenberg – September 28, 2019

G’day Fred … gingerbread. A fitting verse for a bloke who is irresistible to the taste buds - thanks Fred - Lindsay
