Gilded Cage

He shared what he could

He was never truly mine

The adventure is over

My gilded cage awaits me

Sharon, I love tanka, this is beautiful, the sadness is palpable. A work of art.

Smile ~ So, keep brushing; keep dreaming; keep smiling and, leave the cages for someone else; definitely not "Your Precious Self!!!" ~ "My Love & Warmth to 'You Always' &, All You Love, 'Forever,'" John! ~ Smile, "Have A Very 'Blessed & Beautiful' Day My Dear, Amid The Clear Blue Skies Soaring Wings of Such, 'Beautiful Love;' Happy New Year My Dear;" Bye!:) ~

Smile!? ~ This is a very profound painting from ones "Deepened Heart" which seems a bit amissful in that, its final verse states what I believe from viewing "Your Beauties" writings and thus a glimpse at "Your Splendours 'My Dear, Precious & Priceless Sharon Ruebel;'" is denying "Your Treasures" the Truth of such brightened roads which someone sooo lovely should surely be expecting and looking forward unto as they unfold the fragrant pages of their coming days ~ ....Cont:)

Some people seem unable to truly share their hearts. Been through this type of relationship, Sharon, and stayed in that gilded cage too long. Break free from yours as soon as possible. You have so much love to offer the right person! A lovely tanka, dear. Love, Carolyn
