Gianni

Gianni by Joseph Bellucci Jr. October 12, 2005, is a day in my life I will never forget. Waiting impatiently, so nervous, anticipating your arrival into the world. Then it happened, the waiting room doors flew open for the unveiling of Gianni Joseph Bellucci. I had a feeling throughout my body that I never experienced before, and although they said not to go through the doors, I did. You were so perfect in every way, from the top of your head, to the tip of your toes, your beautiful eyes and your little button nose. You are as perfect as can be, you are grandpa's little guy, sent from heaven straight to me. You came at a time when I needed you, lonely and sad was I. When I hold you and look at you and how you stare at me and move your lips as if your trying to talk to me, I see a little boy of sunshine who has giving me a new outlook on life. I can't wait to see you walk and listen to you talk, and hug your grandpa tight. I'll tell you long stories, all my past glories, and exaggerate them a bit. That's what grandpa's do, for the love of you. My beautiful Gianni, I will try my best to give you the world, trust in me always and rely on me. You will always be my little boy.
