Geri's 100th
I wake as usual today and had my herbal tea when I remember today is my birthday. Oh my goodness, am I really 100? How did this happen?
I awake
to a dawn
older than I
Since turning 90, I pinch myself every morning to be sure I am still here. Yet I forgot this morning of all mornings! All my relatives are gathered to celebrate my birthday.
Again, I wonder is this reality or am I a figment of some god's imagination?
Oh well, whatever. . .
relatives gone
another dusk
nightbirds
