Notes About The Poem

Genesis of Prejudice

Birth found us in this world, free and unbound, embracing all souls with carefree abandon, in aspect of playfulness, having no hidden agenda, forgiving one and all easily, epitomising blissful existence. Growing up, ego became manifest, silencing our hearts love pulsation, thus shifting into narrowness, becoming callous and crude worldly wise at the cost of stifling hearts love, now ghostly form, mere shadow of our soul. 18-June-2021

I loved the way you wrote this Etheree. Our childhood is free from prejudice. Growing up spoils everything.
