I
Know
It is so
that the stars
Don't shine all day
They wait till night fall
And they hear my lonely
Heart call and decide to twinkle
A happy birthday from me to you
A flower blooms for a passer by or for us
The ones that water it and nurture and care
My heart, truly feels the quote should really be
Birds care not whom listens to them sing, maybe so.
It might be they sing to the mate and chicks they love.
They may even be singing thanks the glorious one above
Does a loving mother care who hears when she sings her lullaby?
Does the moon care for whom it shines? are its beams directed correctly?
