gem in I

I guess I’m not good enough
More or less, you tell me I had it rough
In my lifetime, I used to be happy
But this time, I’ve abused all of me

I address my pain differently I suppose
I dress to express, not to impress though
I am writing this poem to you, a pensive muse or two for your precious prose
I discuss delightful positivity to your ignorance and pridefulness, God knows

I’m lost but not found
I was caught in the undertow
I can fly above the ground
If you rise with me and ride my rollercoasters aglow

I’m grateful I’m a meandering,
Mesmerizingly a Gemini to you
I feel tied down to fearlessness, it’s frightening;
You haven’t got a clue like you do

I’m feeling so down, yet so high on this griffin in the golden sky
I’m feeling lost in my solace sound and I cannot deny I’m shy
Wearing an upside down frown and I try to cry away these tears
Bearing the sorrow of yesterday won’t do, so I live the blessings of yesteryears

They are gluttonous in their words, all ablur
Let judgement day be upon me
I’m ready for the afterlife as it occurs I’m sure
You condemn me for being me? You judgmental thief, I see?

I will endure…my words of worthlessness were impure
I didn’t mean to hurt you or kill you with crazy corruption
I will be your cure…we’re through with what we’ve been through — im unsure
If you love me any less or more…you’re a fool for calling me cool cuz I’m a cool fire amongst the water of volcanic eruption

Go ahead and laugh your laugh
Damn your pride on my behalf
I’m dreading a tomorrow that won’t come and you just sit there and ignore
Luck be a good man tonight and wishing a yesterday of laughter galore

Didn’t you hear about repentance?
I’m a hidden rainbow radiance…
I’m looking forward to my evanescent elegance
When I will rise from my problems and seek deliverance

Feeling adorable in my paradise
Feeling confused about it all somewhat
Dealing with hardships the wrong way
But I pray I do it right this time today

Harmonious melodies fill my mind
Delirious worries bury in my brain
Thrill me with your touch tonight
Discover me, the treasure and hidden gem…a lost Gemini with might

I smile an extra mile for you alone
I’m not living in denial anymore
I’m living my dreams in style and God is my backbone
I’m not giving in to intrusive ideations that I no longer adore

What a shame
I never came
Undone in your shell of a hellish cell
I set myself free from bondage; only time will tell
If you’ll call my cell and cuss me out
If you’ll catch me before I fall without a doubt
If you’ll stand tall with me or yell at me like I’m a nobody
If you do me a criminal, I’ll separate you from me and I’ll be a lone Gemini out of captivity on the top of utopia’s capitol…oh baby I’m still lonely…

Lonely and lost without you
But, the Lord of Accord will see me through
Baby, honey, darling, bring me heaven with your angelic lips and I’m miserable in loneliness
I’m giving a grip or two to save you from your demise…giving you life tips when I’m currently in a deathly crisis
