Listen to poem:

Gardenia Romance

Filling the twilight air
with romance
lighting up
the night sky
with the sparkle
of mystique
the scent of gardenia
afloat tonight
on wings of love

Gardenia's are wonderful when riding a cool summer breeze; there's one next door to me; I can sit on the patio and breathe it's wondrous scent. Well penned.

Smashing poem, for sure. And am passionately in love with Gardenias.bI wore them in my hair in San Franciso a lot..the dreamiest scent, to me. Love, Panagiota.

This reads like Coleridge's poems, from the early 19th century, and he is my all-time favorite poet, so this is where I have to rank it: at genius level, Line.

You are too generous, Caren, but I appreciate the compliment.
