Game Over

You played hard to get, to be her lover
Hidden feelings, emotions you never show
You played the game and was a player
Your insecurities, she never got to know
Heartbroken, drown in self-pity and sorrow
Cause you said you didn’t feel anything
But you knew it wasn’t true and let her go
And so someone else gave her everything
When you left her alone and with nothing
A winner that lost his most important game
The first place to her heart, the only thing
He can’t complain cause no one is to blame
Except himself for the pain he ever caused her
The same pain he’s feeling, cause it’s game over
