Anorexia has taken its toll, its plain to see
Bulimia is a curse of which I wish I were free
Can’t believe that you are still in love with me
Don’t ever give up on our wedding vows, this I pray
Eating food  - you always ensure I do this every day
Fighting my demons, together every step of the way 
Got to jump on the scales and see how much I weigh!

My invented form is an alphabet acrostic rhyme. Rhyme scheme a,a,a,b,b,b,b
