Frozen Darkness
Cold interest looking downwards
Onward member seeking paradise
Forlorn towards the beacon of light
Darkness creeps in, defiles the eyes
Kind trickery bleached one’s senses
But burrows out the black trusses
Never known to look beyond sight
Enigma before the girl’s dirty brushes
It’s time, forward march to impress
The spiral reeks of still sour grapes
Deep into the Earth the mind escapes
Without much divinity behind the drapes
Calling upon nameless sighs in the dark
Without a mesh of mellow high forms
It lurks behind the mask of desire
To open the flask of yesterday—sojourn
Towards the space of one’s own fear
Escaping the night into the jet of starkness
Bellowing a wave of grey nothingness
No one dines on the black skin of darkness
Entwined into a string of heartache
Bestowed upon bleak framework crammed
Into shallow water’s edge of lower humming
The crashing of the fleece forever slammed
