Frozen

Out in the dark Where coldness taunts, Wetness can't spark Or stop harsh taunts. Feel the deep cold Pierce bone marrow, And warming hold A touch hollow. Lost in the wild Of harsh terrain, A lonely child Accepts deep pain. Abrupt winds toss To freeze stiff dread, Ply death and loss Till each lies dead. Pain suffers mix Of dying space, For no quick fix Can warm your face. Leon Enriquez 09 November 2018 Singapore

Dear Sand: You are right. Just an odd experiment with an old experience cast in a strange twist. Thank you for noticing. Leon
