From the Desk of Hue Mein

1 cup of smashed peas
2 Tablespoons of minced fresh thyme
2 tablespoons Rosemary
1/3 cup of chopped parsely
1 package of Italian dressing
2/3 cups of feta
1/4 of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of lemon zest
1 teaspoon of caueene
1)4 cups of shredded carrots
1/2 cup of beef stock
1 cup of bread crumbs
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of whosirshere sauce 
2 tablespoons of rum
5 cups of ground turkey
Mix well
Bake in a loaf pan covered with foil
And use a foil covered brick to
Add weight to the top
Bake for 1&1/2 hours at 325'

In a sauce pan thinly sliced onions and green peppers
Sauteed two mixture in 6 tablespoons of olive oil
Add garlic about two cloves. Add 7 tablespoons of flour
 Stir forms ng a brown roux. Add 1 cup of beef broth,
 add 2 tablespoons of rum add 1/4 cup of tomato puree
Taste, salt and pepper to taste.
