From Ashes I Rise
People been counting me out
Cant figure it out
Adjusted my route
Dimming my shine
But its all just for clout
Letting you know that I wont be put out
Won't be discouraged
Only encouraged
By the great things that emerge to the surface
Building great courage
And strength in my words
So do not disturb
And don’t be perturbed
Working my purpose
Aiming real high
So don’t let success
Become surprise
That fact is I earned it
And put all the work in
And now like the phoenix
From ashes I rise
