From 1 Extreme 2 the Next Happiness Regret Personified

1 minute smiling

Like a Cheshire cat

Laid in wait like a masked paid assassin

Only for 2 minutes later

To be found crying

Lying in the fetal position

Sucking on your own thumb

Like a new born baby

Cradled in a manger

No 1 knows or for what

Apparent reason either or either occurs

We seldomly even know ourselves

Let alone are able to help or can stop it

Despite full well knowing the signs

From the initial onset institaneously

We simply don't or can't tell

What is going about to happen

From 1 minute moment to the next

Until eventually the dust has settled

And we are no longer smiling

But crying filled with remorse and regret

You personified the extreme switch in emotions so well and so many will relate to this and of course those who suffer from mental health will definitely see how it can describe their emotions, especially those who are bipolar and have border line personality disorder..

Thank you Silent One A Silent Killer never knowing or seeming to be in charge from One moment or minute to the next What is coming and about to happen Such extreme veering between being able to handle and cope with each individual episode Yes it is disorienting
